Salary:$75K to $100K per annum plus super + Travel Allowance + Bonus for KPIs
Location:Croydon South
Overview
We are seekingfull-timeorpart-timeSpeech Pathologists to join our multidisciplinary team at our brand-new purpose-built clinic in Croydon.
This position is extremely flexible and provides the opportunity to develop skills as a clinical lead and build a team around your interests and specialties. Clinicians would be granted their own rooms and support to set up both physically and clinically as you see fit.
Here at ESP, we fully understand the challenges of working a career in allied health. We can guarantee an excellent work/life balance by ensuring a manageable caseload directed by the clinician. We also encourage and provide regular and frequent mentoring and supervision.
About Us
The company began as a single therapist practice and has grown in just 3 years into a medium-sized team of Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants. We are seeking to become a multidisciplinary clinic to further our goal of delivering excellent evidence-based therapies to clientele in our community. We have a strong team focus and meet together weekly to discuss cases and build clinical reasoning skills.
We have a huge range of resources including assessments, toys, games, books, and technology. Our interventions are both one-on-one and group-based, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice.
Our clinicians are encouraged to follow their own interests. Large amounts of referrals afford opportunities for clinicians to work with the clientele they specialise in.
We want our clinicians to love their jobs, develop manageable workloads, leave their work at work, and find a great life balance.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be required to work independently with clients across NDIS and non-NDIS populations in their fields.
Clinicians will be required to work with individuals of all ages, including assessment, therapeutic interventions, and visiting people within the community including their home, school, work and residential facilities.
Some experience is preferred but not essential. A willingness to learn and improve is the most important aspect of an application for this position. Applicants will be encouraged to develop their skills as a clinic lead, build a team around them, and will be trained in a team leader role.
This position allows for flexible remote work and working from home for part of the week.
Salary and pay
We offer generous remuneration with well-above-award salary rates, bonus opportunities for realistic billable time KPIs, and superannuation included on top of salary. Our clinicians even get to enjoy birthday leave, an additional paid day off every year to celebrate your birthday!
We also support paid professional development days and offer a PD budget for all employees.
We offer career growth pathways with regular opportunities to improve your salary and specialise in more specific areas of your profession.
Responsibilities
As one of our clinicians, you'll be independently conducting evidence-based assessment and therapeutic intervention for clients presenting with a wide range of challenges.
Clinicians are also required to carry out basic administration duties such as:
Keeping accurate and timely file notes.
Managing a clinical calendar.
Creating resources (when necessary).
Writing assessment reports.
Writing NDIS applications.
Communicating clearly and professionally with all clinical stakeholders, including supervisors, colleagues, parents, clients, and support coordinators.

Applicant must hold/have the following:
Relevant qualification or upcoming qualification in their relevant fields.
Meet eligibility criteria for being a member of their profession's governing body.
Driver's licence and car.
Working With Children Check.

Applications must include a cover letter and resume.
Time fraction
The advertised positions are flexible, either part or full-time 3-5 days per week. There may be demand for after-hours consulting once per week.
Clinicians may be able to work from home for part of their working week.
Service delivery location
Therapists may be required to deliver services in a range of contexts, including:
The Croydon South clinic.
Schools in the local area.
