Territory Therapy Solutions (TTS) is a highly regarded Darwin based allied health practice. We provide high quality and collaborative physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and psychology services to people throughout the Northern Territory. Our portfolio includes NDIS participants, third party workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident claimants, and self-funded individuals with complex physical disability and neurological impairments.
What's in it for you? $80,000 – $110,000 +plus salary package Up to $3,500for relocation, as well as access to NT PHN/RWA NT Scholarship and Bursary grants 6 weeks annual leave and 3 weeks leave personal leave 2 weeks of professional development leave Maternity/Parental leave (conditions apply) What's the role? Completion of standardised and evidence-based assessments, appropriate screening tools andinterventions with clients with communication impairment. Completion of mealtime management plans and community dysphagia assessments. Prescription of augmentative and alternative communication systems and training to the client andtheir communication partners. Prescribe communication programs to be administered by therapy assistants. Supervise andoversee the therapy assistant completing these programs. Participation in internal in-service program. Completion of case notes, time entries into our client management software of Lumary and Timecamp. Completion of professional development activities in line with SPA recommendations. Assist in service and business development activities as identified and negotiated between the Principal Therapist/Team Leader and the other speech pathologist to build a culture of excellenceand integrity of service. Completion of acute swallow reviews at Darwin Private Hospital on an as need basis. Is this the right role for you? C urrent registration with Speech Pathology Australia Bachelor or Masters in Speech Pathology Police Check Clearance Current Driver's License Knowledge of Office 365 NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
