Paid external supervision with a supervisor of your choice and at your frequency (some staff even have two). Exclusively designed induction program for all staff, including 20+ hours of professional development and shadowing of all our clinicians (no matter their discipline). What You'll Love About This Position Salary starts at $90,000 for new graduates and increases with years of experience and skills.
