About Us At Kids at Play Therapy Services, we pride ourselves on supporting staff to be the best clinicians they can be by providing:
Paid external supervision with a supervisor of your choice and at your frequency (some staff even have two). Exclusively designed induction program for all staff, including 20+ hours of professional development and shadowing of all our clinicians (no matter their discipline). Internal supervision with the Clinic Director and daily access to the directors whenever you need additional support or just a chat. Access to our SLP team (and other allied professionals) where hallway conversations are encouraged. Mentoring from Senior Speech Pathologists with a combined experience of over 30 years of practice. Generous professional development leave, budget for external professional development, and our extended induction program. Over 70 hours of professional development opportunities within the clinic, including Journal Clubs, PD evenings, supervision, and fortnightly sessions with internal and external presenters. Full administrative support, including booking appointments, liaising with clients, filing, and resource preparation. What You'll Love About This Position Salary starts at $90,000 for new graduates and increases with years of experience and skills.
