About your role:
Deliver high level speech pathology clinical services (which may include assessment, diagnosis, and case management) in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
Work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high level clinical and speech pathology services, including assessment, treatment and crisis management to children and young people with mental health concerns in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
Apply professional judgement to complex cases, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.
Through the use of effective community engagement skills, develop working partnerships with other government and non-government agencies that contribute to improved outcomes for clients.
Provide high level clinical practice supervision and mentoring to less experienced practitioners and students to ensure the maintenance of professional clinical standards.
