This company does things the right way with an incredibly low turnover of staff, a commitment to professional development and a focus on providing high-quality therapy to clients across the lifespan!Salaries starting at $90,000 - $115,000 + SuperMixed ages caseload - clinic and community role$10,000 Professional development allowanceWhat you will be doing:Based on your preferences and availability, you will be flying in for a week or so each month providing speech pathology services to in a clinic and community settings in the Gladstone region.You will work with NDIS, Medicare, DVA & private clients ages 0-100 with a variety of chronic diagnosesSpeech Pathology services include; developmental delays e.g.
delayed speech and/or language (talking and understanding), stroke/brain injuries, dementia, stuttering, learning disability/intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, autism, dyslexia (difficulties learning to read) and abnormalities in the structures of the head, neck and face such as cleft lip or palate.Telehealth (if desired)How you will be supported:
The company has developed a structured onboarding and induction program (including shadowing sessions) so you feel completely settled in your role.
Support is determined by your level of experience and your needs.
Weekly supervision is on offer with a highly experienced Speech Pathologist Team Leader as well as regular team meetings and internal PD.
