Who are we: Necessity Kids is a Multidisciplinary clinic based in Dapto, currently operating Speech Pathology, Early Intervention and paediatric health services. Our point of difference for our Speech Pathology team is that we offer a diverse range of roles which can include a combination of school-based, community, and clinic-based therapy services whilst working in a multidisciplinary team.

What we are looking for: A passionate speech pathologist who would love to work either full-time or part-time with flexible hours across schools, early learning services, and in our clinic. University qualified and have SPA membership or eligibility to become a SPA member. Both experienced and new graduate therapists are welcome to apply.
If you're a new graduate: We have a new grad program including induction training, ongoing one-on-one and group supervision to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in achieving your clients' goals! If you're an experienced speech pathologist: We offer opportunities to advance your career, including specialty roles, future management positions, and more. What you need: University qualifications in speech pathology (or about to graduate). SPA membership or eligibility. Current Working With Children Check. National Police Check. Eligibility to have a Medicare provider number. A good sense of humour and willingness to be part of a team and community. Brownie Points for: A current driver licence and access to a car. First aid certificate. Current NDIS Worker Orientation module certificate. Passion for working in Paediatrics.
