About the Opportunity
As a clinic/mobile community-based Speech Pathologist, working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred speech therapyDelivery of speech therapy services predominantly for NDIS participants, however, there will also be a requirement for service provision to private clients who may seek speech therapy servicesParticipating in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.Working with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently.You will be supported by your respective clinical team leader and work in an interdisciplinary system alongside our dedicated speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, positive behaviour support practitioners and therapy assistants.

The position is suitable for Speech Pathologists who align with our values and have:
A Bachelor of Science (Speech Pathology) or approved equivalentFull SPA registration (or eligible on graduation)Valid Australian driver's licenceUnrestricted Australian work rightsCurrent or willing to obtain;
