During your onboarding period, you will have access to daily supervision as you find your feet. Our annual home office allowance allows you to set up your space just how you like it and a data allowance is paid to cover your internet access. Professional DevelopmentYou have an annual professional development budget and paid days to attend the PD. Your team leader will work with you to design a bespoke learning plan that will be a mix of external and internal PD. Our in-house PD library has over 50 hours of videos! You will attend our virtual training days and in-person annual retreat (all expenses paid!).
