At AQ, we focus on strengths-focused, evidence-based approaches to support our students. Our Speech Pathologists work in an inter-disciplinary teams across the school and within a multidisciplinary team across the organisation. From Graduates to Senior levels, as a Speech Pathologist with AQ, you'll develop and deliver strategies and programs to support the development of communication and social interaction skills of autistic people of all ages in various settings. Building a strong foundation of collaboration in relationships is key to ensuring participation in goal setting, planning, decision making and positively providing information where needed for parents, families and other professionals. This role will also include an element of reporting, including preparing and maintaining assessment, observation, meeting, and progress records as required.
