The ORS Speech Pathology team in Broadmeadow is expanding and we are seeking Speech Pathologists or soon to be graduated Speech Pathologists to join the team, supporting NDIS participants with complex communication (including high-tech AAC prescription), swallowing needs and/or complex behaviours! You will join a national team of 50+ Speech Pathologists in our NDIS division providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types. You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices. You will have access to regular supervision from a Speech Pathologist, internal professional development opportunities (Special Interest Groups, Monthly Discipline Specific In-services, and Multi-Disciplinary In-services) and the opportunity for clinical specialisation. You will benefit from multiple layers of speech pathologists in your leadership team – Team Leader, Regional Manager, State Manager, and National Manager. We bring skills from all the areas of speech pathology practice (health, aged care, disability, school, universities, private practice, and rehabilitation) to take the best and build quality services for our clients and career progression options for our staff. Options to expand your skills in our Early Childhood Services, Positive Behaviour Support Services, dysphagia management, student supervision and/or leadership roles can be discussed.
