Full Time and Part Time, Fixed term (contract until 30 Sept 2025) opportunities available at our Coolbinia and Wanneroo Hubs As a Speech Pathologist, you will:
Be supported by our New Starter Program and a strong supervision framework tailored to your needs Bounce ideas off your multi-disciplinary team with years of combined knowledge to collaborate and get the best solutions for our customers Have a gradual caseload build-up over time and tailored as much as possible around your area of interest Have a combination of Hub based sessions and community visits for variety in your day. Use our pool vehicles or claim for mileage for community visiting Regular team 'huddles' to support with day to day operations and keeping connected with the wider organisation Individualised 1:1 Check Ins with your line manager to discuss your progress and career goals We can offer career pathways across the lifespan, such as clinical specialty areas Early Childhood Intervention, Assistive Technology, and Positive Behaviour Support Learn and develop further with our discipline-specific round table meetings, work shadowing, external professional development, and internal Masterclass events We have a few more perks too! A relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology Current registration with SPA National Police Clearance no older than 6 months, current Driver's License, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check, and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
