With locations in Langwarrin , Cairns and Far North Queensland (FNQ) , and Albury/Wodonga , we deliver evidence-based and person-centred services across these regions and Australia-wide.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Speech Pathologist to join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with communication and swallowing challenges.

About You You are a compassionate and skilled professional dedicated to improving communication and swallowing outcomes for clients.

Degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership .
Experience in working with individuals with disabilities, complex needs, and/or developmental delays (preferred but not essential).
Strong understanding of the NDIS and its frameworks (preferred but not essential).
Ability to develop and implement evidence-based, client-centred therapy plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and support teams.
Have a reliable vehicle and are willing to travel to provide services in homes, schools, and community settings.
Hold (or can obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check .
What You'll Do Provide comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments and interventions.
Deliver services in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, community environments, and telehealth.
Develop tailored therapy plans to support clients in achieving their communication and swallowing goals.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
Empower clients, families, and support networks through training and consultation.
Maintain detailed and timely documentation in line with organisational and legislative requirements.
