Two opportunities exist for either a Level 1 or 2 Speech Pathologist to join our team on a permanent and fixed-term basis. The successful applicants will join our vibrant and supportive team of approximately 20 Speech Pathologists who work across several diverse and specialist fields. The permanent recruit will rotate through positions working out of both the Repatriation Hospital and Royal Hobart Hospital. The Royal Hobart Hospital is the state's tertiary referral centre and major University teaching hospital, and as such offers unique opportunities for both experienced and newly graduated Speech Pathologists.
We support learning and development through a generous PD budget, active clinical supervision, peer support programs, and a graduate program (for Speech Pathologists who are within 2 years of graduation). Depending upon the interests and experience of the successful applicants, there will be opportunities to participate in skill and competency development in several specialist areas including: Videofluoroscopic Swallow Studies (VFSS), Fibreoptic Endoscopic Evaluations of Swallow (FEES), Tracheostomy, Burns, Head & Neck Cancer, Laryngectomy and Laryngology & Voice.

Details of appointment: Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

$71,441 to $111,364 per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No.2 of 2022You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
