Cpl Healthcare are seeking a Speech Pathologist to assist patients/clients with communication and swallowing disorders.
Your primary focus will be maximizing their communication and nutritional outcomes through assessment and diagnosis, direct intervention, and providing education, advice, and support to patients/clients, family members, and relevant others, including treating teams.Responsibilities:Conduct assessments and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.Provide direct intervention to patients/clients with speech and swallowing difficulties.Offer education, advice, and support to patients/clients, their families, and relevant individuals involved in their care.Collaborate with treating teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients/clients.Stay updated with industry advancements and continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.Engage in student supervision, teaching, and mentoring opportunities.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient/client progress.The Team:Join a team of approximately 20 Speech Pathologists working across a wide range of clinical specialties at Hospitals, based at one of two sites.
