You will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team of skilled health care professionals, to ensure the maximisation of the client's abilities by using skills a client has and working to develop or improve areas of deficit.
To be successful in this role you will need excellent written and oral communication skills, be well organised, a good time manager, empathetic, patient, and able to work independently or in a team.
Good problem solving ability and being able to adapt to diverse client groups is also required.
We cover a very large geographical area with a diverse community, so you will get to manage a broad range of scenarios and programs to build your skills and experience.
