Speech Pathologist – Macquarie Health Collective – Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity - Salaried and Contractor Positions Available
We are currently recruiting an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. This position is a full-time or part-time opportunity based on individual preference. We are looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist who shows a high level of initiative, demonstrates outstanding patient focus, and who has proven experience building stakeholder partnerships with health professionals.

Role
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist who can provide compassionate person-centred care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.
We require a Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia registration and a current annual practicing certificate with eligibility to provide Medicare services.
The role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clinical presentations. Our delivery can be flexible, offering face-to-face appointments in our office space in Dubbo, or telehealth. This role however, needs to be primarily face to face.
We require a Speech Pathologist who is committed to a high level of professional ethics and to continuing their professional development.
About You
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist with experience working with paediatric populations to join our team. Part-time and full-time applications will be considered.
Selection Criteria:
Registration with SPA
Eligibility for registration with Medicare
Experience in providing assessments and interventions to paediatric populations
Experience in conducting developmental assessments of children, preferably in a multi-disciplinary setting
Experience in utilising standardised assessments
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Someone who is reliable and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Skills and Values:

Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others
Be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient care in all aspects of the practice

Have a caring and compassionate nature and client-focused approach to therapy
