We're growing the Early Bird team due to a high demand for services and are looking for an amazing Speech Pathologist to join our team.
Your key role will be the provision of Speech Pathology services for young children.
We're keen to help you develop as a professional and will tailor your caseload to suit your interests and strengths as a clinician.
Whether your passion is in language, speech, feeding, AAC, Autism, literacy, or something else entirely, we will work to make sure you love working with all of your clients and learn something new every day.
The role will also include:
working closely with families and educators to improve child outcomes using family-centred, functional goals
collaborating with other professionals
keeping accurate records
participating in professional development and supervision

Skills and Experience
While we strongly value experience, the most important quality we look for in our therapists is a strong desire to work with children and their families.
You must be keen to grow and develop your skills as a clinician, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
Essential:
Eligibility to work in Australia
Degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility to become a practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia
Current Working with Vulnerable People Check
Driver's licence
Ability to work as a member of a dynamic team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to build rapport with children and families
Desired:
Experience working with children and families
Experience working with people with disabilities and developmental delays
