Early Start Australia are seeking purpose driven Speech Pathologist to join our multidiscipline team in Upper Mt Gravatt. This therapy clinic is located in the heart of Upper Mount Gravatt with a choice of fabulous lunch options!

What we offer you: A warm and friendly team culture that truly supports each other.Access to our no billable hours model allowing you more time in your day to focus on doing what you love.Do the things you love to do by taking advantage of our additional leave policy (up to 12 weeks leave per year).A structured training program to support your leadership and clinical development aspirations.40 hours + rostered CPD hours per year including regular in-house training with industry leading clinicians.Generous PD allowance plus 3 days professional development leave to pursue your clinical interests and passions.Up to $15,000 in grants to pursue independent research projects or attend events/conferences that support your learning and growth.Dedicated hands-on admin support means more time spent with clients, supporting children and families to live a better life.Other great benefits to support your mental health and wellbeing, flexible work options including clinic wellbeing budgets and reduced prices and benefits through Perkbox.Key Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric, adolescent and adult caseload – providing direct, family-based and community-based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities.Day-to-day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes.Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support.Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients.Skills and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration is a must.A passion for working with individuals who have disabilities to help each client to achieve their own goals, potential and participate in their community in a way that is meaningful for them.Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.Effective time management and attention to detail.Passion for making a difference with a focus on making therapy fun, engaging and meaningful for clients and families!Experience in working with children and adolescents and confidence in your role working closely with their families is highly valued.Compliance requirements – SPA Registration; Working with Children Check; National Police Check; NDIS workers screening check; First Aid Training; Driver's License & Vehicle.Where to from here: Don't miss your chance to be part of a growing organisation committed to making a real difference to the community – Apply Now.
