Speech Pathologist

Our client is a well-established allied health, disability, and community supports provider who encourages adults and children to enhance their quality of life and mental wellbeing.
Due to company growth, our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to join their team.
Location: Bathurst/LithgowOberonHours/Days: Monday-Friday9am-5pmYour role will include: Providing high quality communication to clients, their families, primary carers, health professionals and other providers.Developing and maintaining plans aligned with individual goals.Providing high quality services to clients referred from the Company, NDIS, General Practice, or self-referrals.Delivering Speech Pathology assessment to participants, including both adults and children, to support them to overcome challenges.Participating in ongoing professional development activities.Maintaining accurate documentation, including reports.To succeed in this role, you will need: Bachelor and/or Masters of Speech Pathology.Registered member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).A profound client service focus, with a commitment to ongoing continuous improvement and professional development.Experience in delivering Speech Pathology services to people with diverse needs and goals.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.In return, our client is offering: $2500 SIGN ON BONUS!A generous salary.5 weeks of paid leave (4 weeks annual + 1 week rejuvenation)Fantastic internal supports.Career progression opportunities.Interested in this role?
