About the Role:We are seeking a talented Speech Pathologist to join a growing multidisciplinary service provider in Ballarat. Join an expanding team and provide support to NDIS and My Aged Care participants in Ballarat and the surrounding areas.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and for My Aged Care clientsDiagnosing, treating, and preventing speech and language disorders guided by evidence-based practiceExperience in swallowing disorders and analysis preferredMaintain detailed records relating to client conditions, support plans, therapies, and progressCreating clear and concise treatment and therapy plans to suit the individual needs of a diverse range of client ages and demographicsRecognise and support cultural, spiritual, and neurodiversity of clientsBenefits: Up to $100K + superCompany laptop and phoneFlexible working arrangementsProfessional Development and clinical supervisionWorking as part of a multidisciplinary and expanding teamAbout You: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar roleBachelor or Master of Speech PathologyMembership with Speech Pathology AustraliaCurrent Driver's LicenseValid Police Check and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)Pro-active attitude, and ability to use initiativeHow to Apply:Please apply and one of our Healthcare Specialists will call you for a confidential discussion.
