Speech Pathologist - Graduate Or Senior

Details of the offer

Great opportunity for graduate or experienced Speech Pathologist looking to accelerate their career in a supportive, values based environment.
14th November, 2024The organisation
4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with Speaking of Learning, an incredibly successful Speech Pathology practice with an education focus. This values based organisation provides speech, language, literacy and social interventions in clinic as well as at various schools, pre-schools, and via Telehealth. The organisation is well known for its educational focus, particularly in the area of literacy and hearing impaired and partners with several schools in the area.

The role
An ideal opportunity for a graduate or early career therapist. The organisation offers fantastic mentorship as well as regular supervision in a team based nurturing environment. Build confidence in a clinic environment before developing the skills to take on clients in the community. Then, after a period of time, specialise in an area of clinical interest and passion!
Equally, this role will also suit a senior clinician. Demand for therapy is extremely high, due to the organisations excellent reputation in the area, creating options to tailor a caseload to areas of clinical passion and expertise while providing opportunities to supervise and mentor less experienced therapists. The organisation has a strong educational focus and therefore suits clinicians who are passionate about education or want to work within a school but also has a large hearing impaired as well as adult caseload.
Senior or early career, being in a supportive team means you will have regular (weekly) individual supervision PLUS group peer supervision, and a wonderful administrative team to help make your work easier. Most importantly, you will be working with a team of like minded individuals, passionate about enriching the lives of others.
