The clinic has several senior clinicians and is looking for early career therapists who they are well set up to offer support, mentoring, and clinical supervision. An ideal opportunity for a graduate or early career therapist from Melbourne or new to Australia. The organisation offers fantastic mentorship as well as regular supervision in a team-based nurturing environment. Billable hours are significantly reduced for early career therapists to enable ample opportunities for training and mentorship. More experienced clinicians have the opportunity to work in the community. Build confidence in a clinic environment before developing the skills to take on clients in the community.
