Speech Pathologist – Grade 1 or Grade 2 (new graduates welcome to apply)
Permanent Part Time – 56 hours per fortnight – to commence ASAP
Classification : Depending on experience
Award : Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2026
We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our supportive team environment. As a Grade 1 or 2 Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to:
Work with a varied caseload of clients across different age groups and needs
Collaborate with other allied health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team

This role welcomes both experienced Speech Pathologists as well as new graduates looking to establish their career. You will be supported with mentoring and training to build your clinical skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold appropriate tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
Be a member of Speech Pathology Australia
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate empathy, patience and cultural sensitivity
Be passionate about making a positive difference in clients' lives
Embrace and promote the values of MDHS – Genuine, Respect, Excellence, Accountability & Togetherness
Respond to the Key Selection Criteria outlined in the position description attached
