Speech Pathologist – Grade 1 or Grade 2 (new graduates welcome to apply) Permanent Part Time – 56 hours per fortnight – to commence ASAP Classification: Depending on experience Award: Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2026 We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our supportive team environment. As a Grade 1 or 2 Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to:
Work with a varied caseload of clients across different age groups and needsCollaborate with other allied health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary teamDevelop your skills and advance your career through professional development opportunitiesEnjoy flexibility in your hours and work-life balanceThis role welcomes both experienced Speech Pathologists as well as new graduates looking to establish their career. You will be supported with mentoring and training to build your clinical skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold appropriate tertiary qualifications in Speech PathologyBe a member of Speech Pathology AustraliaHave excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate empathy, patience and cultural sensitivityBe passionate about making a positive difference in clients' livesEmbrace and promote the values of MDHS – Genuine, Respect, Excellence, Accountability & TogethernessRespond to the Key Selection Criteria outlined in the position description attachedWhat's in it for you?
