Speech Pathologist - Grade 1 or Grade 2 Permanent Full Time  80 hrs per fortnight with ADO  Annual Salary Range Grade 1: $69,206.80 to $88,415 based on years' experience.
Annual Salary Range Grade 2: $88,467.60 to $101,691.20 based on years' experience.

You will be working alongside experienced, passionate leadership peers who are true to our values of I ntegrity,  I nnovation,  C ollaboration,  A ccountability,  R espect and  E mpathy About the role In this small Speech Pathology team, you will have the opportunity to gain skills and work across a variety of clinical areas including acute, sub-acute, community and aged care.
There are opportunities to work across multiple WDHS campuses including Hamilton, Coleraine and Penshurst and other regional Health Services.
Speech Pathology Services may also be contracted to other health and educational services in the region.
You will participate in regular department meetings with supportive supervision from the Speech Pathology manager (as well as opportunities for external supervision) and reflective learning opportunities through peer support and supervision from both the speech pathology team and wider multidisciplinary teams.
You will have opportunities to complete external professional development as deemed appropriate by the Speech Pathology manager as well as internal professional development from the Speech Pathology Department and other departments across Primary and Preventative Health.
Career development support is available if you wish to further your career into or as a Grade 2 clinician including opportunities for supervision of staff and staff members as well as suitable responsibilities and duties allocated by the Speech Pathology Manager.
You will contribute to the Speech Pathology team through your work with clients, participating in quality improvement activities and research as directed by the Speech Pathology Manager as well as working in wider multidisciplinary teams across WDHS.

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check.
Dependant on your position you may be required to obtain a Working with Children Check Clearance and / or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
