An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Speech Pathologist (First 2000 Days) to join the Speech Pathology Team at the Bundaberg Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Eligible Applicants who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent or temporary greater than 12 months employment may receive up to $20,000 incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme Your opportunity: To deliver efficient and effective speech pathology clinical services to eligible in-patients and out-patients including youth and adolescents as part of the Speech Pathology team of the Bundaberg Hospital. This position will primarily be working with the paediatric population 0 – 5 years of age.Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $102,964 p.a., comprising salary between $38.71 - $56.89 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Permanent Part Time, 60.8 hours p.f.)
