Movement & mindfulness workshops. About the Role
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment for National 360 therapists and NDIS Participants. This role will be based in Launceston. Within this role, you will provide comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, and complete reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings.
As a Speech Pathologist at National 360, you will receive clinical support via our peer support model and have access to unlimited mentoring provided by our Clinical Practice Advisors.
We provide a unique allocations structure which supports your preference to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:
Complex Communication Dysphagia Paediatrics If you are interested in progressing your career in clinical or operational leadership, our internal Learning & Development Programs have been designed to provide formal, structured education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into Team Leader, Clinical Practice Advisor, or Senior Clinical and Operational Management roles.
Who will you be working closely with?
Meet Izabella! Izabella is a Senior Speech Pathologist working predominantly with children and young people. She is passionate about providing functional, strengths-based, and neuro-diverse affirming supports for her clients. Launceston is also supported by our friendly Regional Manager, Natasha, who will be there to assist you with any questions and support you to reach your career goals.
About You
We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for our therapists which are:
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology At least 1 year experience working as a Speech Pathologist in a private or public setting SPA Registration NDIS WC / WWCC (or willingness to apply) Current Australian driver's license and able to travel with your own vehicle We welcome all people to join our team, including people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, living with disability, all gender identities, LGBTQIA+, people of any socioeconomic status, of any age, race, national origin, or ethnicity.
