Job Description
We are looking for experienced Independent Speech Pathologist contractors with knowledge of the NDIS landscape to work as part of our flexible workforce.

Responsibilities will include: Assisting NDIS participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning. Evaluating, developing, and delivering evidence-based support plans within a complex support space Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising a positive behaviour support framework, and with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community. Ensuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions, and strengths, as well as ensuring they get more out of life. What you will need: As a contractor you will need the following.
Current SPA membership 2 Years NDIS Experience Active ABN Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity insurance and Comprehensive car insurance. Police clearance, WWC and NDIS screener Additional Information
