What You'll Do: Lead with Impact: Provide expert clinical leadership, guiding and mentoring a team of speech therapists to deliver exceptional care. Foster Growth: Develop and implement professional development programs, ensuring continuous learning and advancement for your team. Support and Supervise: Oversee the work of Allied Health Assistants, ensuring effective integration and support in client care. Enhance Communication: Conduct thorough assessments, create personalized therapy plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. Collaborate Strategically: Partner with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal communication outcomes. Track Success: Monitor client progress, celebrate milestones, and adjust therapy strategies to meet evolving needs. Who We're Looking For: Qualifications: A recognized degree in Speech Pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Clearances: A Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and eligibility for Medicare Provider Status. Transportation: A valid driver's license and access to a car. Background Checks: A current Police Check or readiness to obtain one. Insurance: Willingness to secure Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance. Ready to Lead and Transform Lives?
