What you will be doing: Varied paediatric caseload including language, speech sounds, social skills, fluency and literacyA mix of NDIS and Private clientsProviding evidence-based assessment and therapy either in clinic, schools, telehealth or mix depending on your preferenceCollaborating with external stakeholdersSupport and PD You will have a thorough onboarding program so you feel completely settled in your role and there is a gradual build-up of your caseload.
You will also receive weekly supervision (if required) with a Senior Speech Pathologist and weekly catch-ups with the Director.
The company also runs in-services from external speakers and provides you with a personalised career development program to help you achieve your goals.
