Speech Pathologist | Clinic-Based | Multiple Locations in Newcastle/HunterJoin a leading pediatric therapy provider with a team of over 20 dedicated speech pathologists who strive to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care. The successful Speech Pathologist will benefit from weekly supervision and weekly check-ins whilst working within an amazing clinic environment!
3 locations available across the Newcastle/Hunter/Lake Macquarie regions. The company works around you and your home location, meaning you can choose which clinic you join. Full-time and part-time considered with all levels of experience encouraged to apply!
What you will be doing:Provide paediatric speech pathology services to assess, diagnose and manage clients with communication and swallowing disordersEducate those involved in the client's careCaseload includes: speech sounds, expressive/receptive language, stuttering, feeding, literacy and play/communication skillsParticipate in team projects and programs involving education, community development/planning and the conducting of promotional activitiesPredominantly clinic-based with occasional outreach visitsHow you will be supported:Each therapist undergoes a thorough induction period and a gradual increase in the number of clients seen per day. The company also offers weekly supervision with the Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist and a PD allowance of $2,000 per year. There is also regular Ad-Hoc support with the open-plan clinic space which fosters endless learning!
