What you will be doing: Diverse caseload of elderly and NDIS clients (50:50 split)Office, WFH and community working with your caseload created around your home locationEvidence-based assessment and therapy for individuals with communication and swallowing disordersLiaising with other team members and external stakeholdersWhy this role: Earn between $75,000 - $100,000 + superWork collaboratively with other Speech Pathologists as well as Occupational Therapists and PhysiotherapistsWeekly Professional Development sessions and team meetingsStructured shadowing and induction periodMentoring either weekly or fortnightly with an Experienced Speech PathologistPhone and Laptop providedAccess to pool cars for full-time team membersOngoing support with an approachable and supportive management teamNo billable targets with a focus on quality therapy!Social events throughout the calendar year$1000 Professional Development allowance for external coursesFocus on you and your development with career progression pathways to Senior and Team Lead positionsRequirements/Skills: Tertiary qualification in Speech PathologySPA membershipUnrestricted Australian Working RightsDrivers licenceInterested in this position?
