The team assists children and families to reach their full potential via Occupational and Speech Pathology Services.
The successful applicant will be joining a friendly and collaborative team of over 20 therapists plus an awesome admin team.
Positions available in each of the company's two clinics (North and South Canberra) with full-time and part-time options.
What you will be doing: Paediatric caseload; however, opportunity to see adults if this is of interest to you.Opportunities to tailor your caseload to your interest area.Liaising with external stakeholders.Providing services in-clinic, community, schools, and telehealth.Caseload of developmental delay and/or disabilities areas including but not limited to: articulation, stuttering, voice, dysphagia, language, and communication difficulties.Why this role: Incredible salary packages - earn between $90,000 - $120,000 + Super.Flexibility plus hybrid working.An outstanding clinic space with individual consultation rooms and all the resources you could want!Weekly or fortnightly supervision based on experience.6 monthly performance reviews.Weekly PD sessions.Peer support groups.Incredibly manageable caseload/targets with 4 clients seen per day.Relocation package of $1000.1-week study leave per year!9-day fortnight option.Company car available for offsite visits.Dedicated time in your diary for admin.A great team culture with monthly team events to unwind.Requirements/Skills: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.SPA membership.Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.Driver's licence.All levels of experience are encouraged to apply.Interested in this position?
