If you're ready to focus on the clinical work you love while enjoying team vibes (with zero compromise on your independence), this is your kind of role.3.
A passionate therapist ready to hit the ground running and embrace a full-time role, but on your terms.
If you're tired of the traditional 5-day workweek and love the idea of wrapping up your work in 4 days to enjoy a dreamy 3-day weekend, this could be the opportunity for you.
And honestly?
We're cheering you on!We're a neurodivergent-led team (yep, we practice what we preach!
), and we absolutely welcome neurodivergent therapists to join us.
We know that your unique strengths and perspectives are pure gold, and we're all about creating a supportive, inclusive environment where you can thrive just as much as our clients do.Qualifications/Requirements• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and all things speech-related (you know, the important stuff)• Membership with Speech Pathology Australia• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills (bonus points if you can spot a superpower in every child!
)• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—because teamwork and empathy make the dream work• Ability to work independently but also bring the good energy to our growing little community of therapists• A drivers license will most definitely come in handy! If this sounds like your kind of role, we'd love to hear from you.
