Communicate these results with families or carers.Provide effective outcome driven support and collaborating closely with participants, their families and carers to provide therapy support to identify the best course of action and increase the child's functioning and family well-being.Liaise with team, family, specialist services and other stakeholders as appropriately needed.Documenting tasks including keeping up to date client treatment notes and report writing.Ensure high quality of service delivery, with a commitment to ethics and values.Supercharge our team spirit, uplifting and supporting your fellow Adapt and Learn therapists.Share and create enthusiasm for family-centred practice.Provide mentoring and clinical supervision as required to junior colleagues (Senior).So, do you love working with children and love being in a small, supportive team?
