Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Pathologist with at least one year of experience to join our team. This role focuses on mobile service delivery within the ACT area, managing a diverse caseload that includes NDIS participants and Aged Care clients.Key ResponsibilitiesComprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities to determine individual needs.Therapeutic Strategies: Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies aimed at improving communication skills and swallowing function for clients across various age groups.Community Engagement: Provide direct therapy services within the community, visiting clients in their homes, facilities, and other community settings.Remote Administrative Work: Perform administrative tasks such as report writing and documentation remotely, ensuring accurate and timely records of client progress and therapy outcomes.Collaborative Work: Engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.Job Type: ContractPay: $90.00 – $120.00 per hourBenefits:Work from homeMinimum Experience Required:Speech therapy: 1 year (Preferred)Work Authorisation:Australia (Required)Work Location: On the road#J-18808-Ljbffr
