This Client Support position is a client-focused role that supports our Principal Consultants to service our clients. You will be a part of a team of passionate professionals dedicated to excellence. The role includes: Project management and delivery: Plan and complete project work within the project scope, time allocation, and timelines to meet the client's needs. Back-up production support: Complete production tasks as required to meet the project scope, time allocation, and timelines. Back-up sales support: Supporting the business growth team as required. Position qualifications and experience: Advanced Microsoft Word - able to create and design forms and templates, manage large documents, create, modify and apply styles, create and manage bookmarks, links and table of contents, use tracking features, format tables. Intermediate Microsoft Excel - able to use complex formulas and functions, create and manipulate charts, work with data - sort, filter and use pivot tables, use conditional formatting, use validation controls. A high level of literacy - advanced writing skills, write clearly and effectively, and demonstrate correct grammar usage. QCE completion (Year 12) and a Certificate IV in a relevant business area. Diploma or higher in work health and safety, or other relevant business area. Project management and delivery experience. System, policy, and procedure development experience. Conducting inspections and audits experience. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Fire Safety Adviser qualification. Rehabilitation coordinator training. Lead auditor in relevant ISO standards. Personal attributes for success: Meticulous attention to detail. Willingness to contribute and work collaboratively within a team as well as work autonomously.
