Responsibilities: Software development, especially low-level system coding in C.
Utilizing Python as you move further up the stack.
Maintaining a flexible language approach to solving problems (Java or C++ may also be used).
Conducting applied research and R&D with a security focus.
Working at the OS level, including internal OS's, distributed systems, and system drivers.
Utilizing skills in Systems Programming and firmware.
Performing reverse engineering as required.
About the Business: This consultancy operates in three domains: Research, Software, and Operational.
Research Domain: Focused on R&D work with a security orientation, including OS internals and vulnerability research.
Software Domain: Building bespoke solutions with a high standard, often in C, and conducting applied research.
Operational Domain: Supporting clients post-solution with integration, deployment, automation, and validation.

Requirements: Must be an Australian citizen; current security clearance is a plus.
Proficient in C and low-level programming.
Accomplished programmer across various languages.
Ideally based in Canberra; consideration for interstate applicants.
