Senior Infra Tech Lead (Senior Windows SME) - Major BankA major bank in Sydney is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Technical Lead / Windows SME for a permanent role.Responsibilities:As an SME, you will be the point of contact for all Wintel systems for customers, infra teams, and vendors.Contribute to project delivery as per customer engagement, producing detailed component specifications and translating these into detailed designs for implementation.Provide specialized third-level support and technical assistance, monitoring issue resolution to ensure issues are resolved within a timely manner.Provide guidance and support to all supporting run partners for Windows Estate, producing detailed analysis to help the run partner improve and document processes, procedures, and standards for adherence.Evaluate and assist in the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions.Take ownership and help customers with their queries around Windows Server performance and troubleshooting.Key Skills / Experience:Expert senior Windows engineering experience in large complex environments.Experience in creating design documents.Experience in providing Level 3 support, deploying and supporting Wintel servers, AD, backup, and virtualized technology in a large and complex environment (On-Premises & Cloud).Experience in Wintel roles and feature operability: Clustering, DNS, DHCP, DFS.Experience in supporting VMware hosting technologies.Group Policy and Active Directory authentication.Desirable:SplunkAnsibleIf interested, please respond with an updated CV.
