Qualifications & Experience Competency in using ERP, CRM and Microsoft suite of software in particular Excel. Minimum work-related experience of 5 years. Experience in the Lighting Industry or other Construction related field is a must. Experience working with wholesale customers. Aftersales support - Responsible for any aftersales issues associated with your projects, following the existing aftersales process to ensure satisfactory outcomes for our customers, supported by the Technical Manager, Operations Manager, Purchasing, and Accounts. Attributes Ability to conceptually budget, meet deadlines, and handle various projects simultaneously. Effective in a busy team-oriented environment. Articulate and able to interact well with clients both via phone and in face-to-face meeting situations. A great team player, important to manage and collaborate with both internal and external customers. Tasks & Responsibilities Project Management - Coordination of activity from Specification Stage through to order placement and post installation, applying a Project Management best practice model using the business project management system. Sales Support – Develop a partnership with the Sales Team by coordinating follow-ups on projects, updating project information into the CRM, and developing customer documents and proposals. Communication - Establish a proactive process of regular communication with stakeholders to improve market intelligence and forecasting, ensuring timely updates to customers and the sales team. Customer Relationship Development - Develop key customer relationships throughout project lifespans to expand relationship breadth and open new business opportunities. Customer Enquiry Support - Handle overflow enquiries from Customer Service, taking ownership of requests and providing professional and timely responses.
