Corporate & Commercial Lawyer (3-8 years PAE) ASSEMBLE have been engaged for our long term client to recruit an experienced Commercial & Corporate lawyer to join their Gold Coast team in December or January 2025.
Our long term client is a boutique specialist Commercial & Corporate Advisory legal firm based in an idyllic Burleigh Heads location with offices also in Brisbane and soon to be Melbourne.
Our client has an exceptional name in the corporate commercial law advisory space and are well known for assisting SMEs, crowdfunded start-ups and biotech companies through to ASX listed companies whether they are in the start-up, scaling or exiting phase.
Services offered to their clients include:
Business setup Business, service & contractor agreements Business sales & acquisitions Capital & share raising Expansion planning Board strategy Employee share Scheme Share buy-back documentation Training will be provided around any areas you might not have had exposure to!
