We currently have an opportunity to join our specialised Prestige sales team as a Client Executive to support developing integrated and strategic advertising solutions for our clients, by assisting with bookings, media plans, competitive reports and more. You will have the chance to assist in developing bespoke proposals for agencies and clients, undertake market research, monitor digital and integrated campaigns and assist with administrative tasks, all while building strong internal and external relationships.
You will also be expected to assist the Client Partner by assisting in the planning and execution of sales initiatives aimed at specific major accounts.
Key Responsibilities Use data sets and internal tools to create insights to develop client strategies for media campaigns Develop media schedules, presentations and proposals to support the sales team Contribute to a high performance environment and act with clarity on strategy, objectives and deliverables. Provide administrative support to the sales team and their clients Support the delivery of consistently high quality outputs across client brief responses, including presentations (Google Slides) and client schedules (Google Sheets). Manage Salesforce CRM platform and assist their Sales Managers with pipeline management Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product & Partnerships, Digital and Brand Solutions, Commercial Integration, Commercial editorial and Pricing). Who are you? Strong communication, verbal and written skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure, be able to multitask and manage competing priorities Understanding of sales principles & ability to deliver excellent customer service Adaptability to changing environment (new selling solutions, products, ways of working) Previous media (sales, agency or luxury brand) experience is desirable Experience in Salesforce is desirable but not mandatory.
