Business Development Outbound Sales Team-Process Industries This is an exciting outbound sales opportunity with a leading Australasian Manufacturer of industrial equipment and solutions. As a Business Development Representative - Outbound Sales Team, you will be responsible for proactively generating new leads and opportunities across the process industries sector. Working as part of a specialised sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base. This full-time, office-based role is located in the Cheltenham area.
What you'll be doing Prospecting and cold-calling potential customers to identify new sales opportunities. Qualifying leads, working with Sales & Sales Management Team to develop sales strategies. Conducting market research to uncover new prospects and stay up-to-date on industry trends & needs. Maintaining a robust pipeline of sales opportunities from both existing, lapsed & new customers. Collaborating with the wider sales & marketing team to develop new sales materials and information. Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients. What we're looking for Proven track record in sales, phone sales, face-to-face or an outbound sales or business development role, ideally within the process industries sector, or similar sales roles requiring technical knowledge and key sales features of products to end user consumers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to find, engage and influence decision-makers. Excellent prospecting and lead generation skills, with the drive to meet sales targets / KPIs. Consultative selling approach, focused on understanding / identifying customer needs and providing solutions. Proficient in using sales automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software. What we offer
