Key Responsibilities Superior understanding of the Services Offerings, business management and sales challenges and strategies. Lead and coordinate business development plans for the markets by ensuring alignment in account and category planning. Create and clearly communicate the category business plan along with Demand Gen Programs. Accurate Forecast management and consistently achieve Financial targets. Establish relationships and represent services team with region & country sales and support management teams. Work with Country sales & Services Specialists on region programs to drive business growth in existing markets and accounts. Help Sales to position the value of the service solution program. Achieve a significant share of the Services range, or a specific customer segment. Functional responsibility for the team in one or several areas, including market analysis, marketing engagement, etc. Skills/Experience 8+ years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Development. Experience preferred with large and global organisations. Experience at a Country capacity, especially in Australia. Consultative, strong communication skills and able to partner with Senior Management/C-suite. Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.
