The ideal candidate is a solutions-focused climbing Arborist with a strong work ethic, ready to lead a team and tackle tree work in renowned locations. You should have a solid background in tree services and possess reliability, respectfulness, and punctuality.
Skills and Attributes: Motivated and driven Thrives in a collaborative environment Medium to advanced climbing, rigging, pruning, and removal skills Additional certifications (e.g., Traffic Control, First Aid, EWP) are a plus Certificate III in Arboriculture or equivalent qualification Key Responsibilities: Climb, prune, rig, and remove a variety of complex trees Utilise specialised knowledge and equipment for storm-damaged or unwanted trees Operate hand and power tools, including chainsaws and hedge trimmers Manage job sites and oversee crew operations Ensure compliance with OH&S obligations Train and mentor staff Liaise with clients as necessary If you are an experienced Arborist looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
