Where your story begins We are on the lookout for part-timers who are prepared to become a Specification Associate. The ideal candidate is ready to return to the workforce for 24 hours a week, ideally Tuesday to Friday. This role is responsible for winning specifications and sales within the Architectural and Construction Industry, primarily with architects, designers, and developers.
This position is all about growing specification sales within your region and promoting our products through exceptional face-to-face customer service and presentations to customers.

Experience in a customer-facing position in the past Knowledge and interest in interior design with a hunger to advance in the field The ability to think on your feet, problem solve, and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to develop and manage sales opportunities from design through to order placement Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, as well as presentation and communication skills Being organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Passion for design, with excellent attention to detail and solution-based selling skills A driver's license for your car included in your offer Outstanding team player with the ability to work independently or as part of a high-performing team Social and networking skills An interest in construction, sales, and creating meaningful relationships with clients Previous experience in Interior design, Architecture, or Specification is an advantage but not essential Ready to Start Your Next Chapter?
