Responsibilities: Property Setup: Wash, dry, and fold laundry, ensuring all linens, towels, and bedding are fresh and ready for new guests. Make beds and set up rooms to ensure they are clean, inviting, and well-presented. Clean and store kitchenware (plates, glasses, pots, etc.) appropriately for guest use. Remove all waste from the property, ensuring bins are emptied and the property is ready for new guests. Cleaning and Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and disinfect all bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers. Dust and wipe down surfaces throughout the property to ensure a polished, clean environment. Vacuum carpets and rugs to maintain a spotless appearance. Mop all hard floors to ensure they are streak-free and immaculate. Property Presentation: Ensure all rooms are tidy, clean, and fully prepared for guest arrival. Maintain the overall appearance of the property, adding any amenities to improve guest convenience. Complete full property set-up for short-term accommodation listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning for short-term rental properties or hotels is preferred, but not essential. Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Reliable transportation to travel between various properties located across the listed areas. Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting laundry and working in various property spaces.
