Assist in delivering Thiess' global framework for best practice warehousing, promoting a healthy and safe environment. Collaborate with the Superintendent Warehouse to deliver high-quality solutions and results. Key responsibilities include:
Assist in delivering the Thiess global framework to promote best practice warehousing globally.Provide high-quality technical support and implement best practice warehousing solutions.Seek innovation in technology and warehousing processes.Ensure consistency across processes, procedures, and systems.Understand the strategy as it applies to warehousing service, systems, and spares management on the project.Provide warehousing support for warehousing service, systems, and spares management at warehouses globally.Provide high-quality and timely information on actions required to maintain acceptable services to stakeholders.Maintain and preserve the database while ensuring all existing data is correct, remains intact, and accessible for future reference.Ensure the JDE maintenance system is utilized effectively on all sites to ensure consistency and transparency across the business and records are maintained accurately.travel to site as required to assist with warehouse support.Deliver the Thiess warehousing monthly commitments through the warehouse team and onto relevant sites.Work closely with the procurement and inventory management team to optimize inventory levels and allocation, reducing cost of redundant stock.Identify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of warehousing work through enhanced practices and new technologies.Competencies required:
