About the Role We are currently seeking multi-disciplined Specialist Trainers with experience in the FrontRunner system to join the WA Asset Projects Autonomous Haulage Team. This is an exciting opportunity for safety-focused individuals who demonstrate a proactive approach to mentoring employees. These roles will be pivotal in the scoping of Autonomy competencies current state and helping to develop a robust training strategy and plan for the project teams to be successful moving forward, as well as delivering a high level of FrontRunner Autonomy Training.

Autonomous Mining Trainer AssessorAutonomous Operator ExperienceFrontRunner Pit Patroller or Field OfficerAH Mine ControlAutonomous Mobile Maintenance (Calibration Pad, Fuel Bullet, Mode Change)In this role you will be required to:
Drive business improvement through the measurement of BHP's performance.Design and deliver training plans, train and assess operators, and improve training programs to maintain safety, compliance, and performance during mining operations.Support the management of vendor/customer selection, contracts, and performance to maximise operational and financial outcomes and mitigate BHP's exposure to risk.Translate corporate objectives into actionable plans, communicating, managing, and analysing the implementation of those plans, and reporting back on their progress to facilitate the delivery of our strategy.Source information, plan and conduct analyses to support evidence-based decision making.Design and implement governance/assurance practices and Management of Change procedures to control value outcomes across BHP.About You We have a strong focus on finding individuals with the right values, leadership capability, collaboration, and communication skills. In addition to demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, you will have the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution-focused attitude.
As the successful candidate, ideally you will hold one of the following minimum level nationally recognized skill set or certification in assessing:
Enterprise Assessor Skill Set (TAESS00015)Assessor Skill Set (TAESS00011 or TAESS00019)Certificate IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122)Diploma of Vocational Education and Training As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
