Specialist Therapist – AHP Level 3 – Hands, Burns, Plastics Full Time Permanent Contract commencing February 2025
Tasmanian Health Service – North (Launceston General Hospital) Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapists are eligible to apply.
This important role will see you predominantly working within the allied health team and collaborating closely with the plastic and orthopaedic teams. You will be looked toward to provide expertise in this complex area of therapy, guiding treatment plans and ensuring optimal care for our patients, so that they have the best opportunity to recover function and return to the lives they value.
Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:
Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Physiotherapy Board of Australia Registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia or
Tertiary qualification/program of study approved by the Occupational Board of Australia Registered with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia *Registration/licences that are essential requirements of this role must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role. Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
Certification of Hand Therapy (CHT) qualification or equivalent post graduate qualification Eligible, or working towards eligibility, for membership of the Australian Hand Therapy Association Current Driver's Licence How to Apply Apply Online.
